Skin Care in the Grocery Isle
Your skin type has a lot to do with the products that are right for you. Some work best on oily skin while others are made for dry skin. Here are some tips that anyone can use.
Egg Whites
You can use eggs for more than making omelets. By putting egg whites on your skin at night for 20 minutes you will have less black heads and vibrant looking skin. It temporarily stretches the skin and can help to prevent wrinkles. It's important to put the egg whites on at night because your skin has been exposed to a lot during the day and needs to be revived. Wash it off with warm water without soap after 20 minutes.
Face Salsa
No chips needed. :) I learned this next tip from my grandmother. You will need a tomato, cucumber, and a lemon. Cut the tomato, lemon, and cucumber up real fine, in a bowl. You don't need to remove the peel off the lemon. Massage your face upwards for 5 minutes. After doing this for a week your skin will glow!
Coffee
Coffee wakes the skin up just like drinking it. You can mix it with the egg whites if you like because it will hardly stay put with just water. Do this 3 times a week. This will hydrate your skin.
Tradition Skin Care Products
You will need a product like Sea Breeze to remove makeup, oil, and dirt. Apply it with cotton and not tissue. Tissue can easily irritate the skin. To prevent pimples I use Noxzema exfoliating cleanser but it really depends on what is best for you. You will also need a good moisturizer. I use Revaleskin CoffeeBerry. It is delicate if you have sensitive skin and not too oily for oily skin.
Depending on your complexion you might need sunscreen. I use it to prevent sun damage in the summer. Check the bottle to make sure it is water based. If you use these tips you will be on your way to flawless skin.
Nutrition
It's okay to eat food you like if you make sure you eat plenty fruits and vegetables. I even made a hub about McDonalds but if you eat unhealthy constantly your skin will be too. Eat a lot of green vegetables like green beans, peas, and broccoli. Also drink lots of water and natural juices. Take your vitamins like C, E, and B6 on a daily basis.
